Pastor Karl and Debra Pabst founded Resurrection Ministries, in January of 2009. The church was originally located at 434 S. Grandview Avenue, in Odessa, Texas and was moved to its new location at 1419 Shafter Avenue in October of 2010.

The church’s mission statement is to spread the gospel of Jesus all over the world and to bring “living water,” to a dry parched place. In 2013, the church went international and established fifteen churches in Uganda under the direction of Pastor Gerald Kwitzegera and Pastor Eli Baraka, with it’s African Headquarters in Kampala, Uganda. In 2015, Pastor Karl and Sister Debra were the guest speakers at the annual minister’s convention in Kampala and took part in the ordination of fifteen new Pastors for the Ugandan churches.

The church is heavily involved in “Media Ministry,” and has a Facebook broadcast which can be seen on social media. Resurrection Ministries was on the air on CBS’s affiliate station “My 16,” in Odessa, Texas, from June of 2009 through January of 2011.

Pastor Karl and Sister Debra were married in August of 2006.

Sister Debra was born and raised in South, Texas and lived there throughout most of her adult life before moving to Odessa, Texas in 2006.

Pastor Karl was Born In New York, NY., and grew up in the southern suburbs of Chicago, Illinois, and has traveled extensively throughout the world. Pastor Karl is a Graduate of Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, OK. He is a published author, and singer/songwriter.

Pastor Karl was licensed as an Evangelist in 1991, by Faith Fellowship Ministries of Black Oak, IN., Ordained by Bishop Harold Weber of the United Church of God in Christ, of Tulsa, OK. in 1993. He was the staff Evangelist for Living Visions Ministries of Odessa, TX., from 2007-2008, until founding Resurrection Ministries, Inc.

About Our Ministry

We are a non-denominational, Spirit-filled, full gospel ministry, that is word-oriented faith-based, and fire-focused on the Saving of the lost, healing of the sick, deliverance of those who are bound, the operation and movement of the gifts of the Holy Spirit and biblical prosperity for all. We are an established 501C3 tax-exempt ministry that is in good standing with both God and man.
We have our Central Office in Odessa, Texas. A Midwestern regional office in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and a Ugandan, Africa office in Kampala, Uganda.

Our Mission Statement: is to bring Living Water to a dry parched place. Our mission is to bring the presence, power, and the peace of God, manifested by the Holy Spirit from heaven through man to accomplish the will of God on the earth.
We believe in getting the Word of God preached on every available outlet. Bringing the Message of salvation, healing, deliverance, and prosperity through songs, books, and multi-media outlets and venues.
